Informed Change
At the end of the day, funds and projects without direction and purpose can only achieve so much. That's why we implement something unique - interviews. We reassess the state of two villages - Dhamrai Slaap and Toul Poblea biannually through the statements of the village's inhabitants. These provide a strong direction for planning solutions

Understanding History
The State of Cambodia has had a tumultuous past - one of war and mass genocide. We're doing what we can to preserve the other side of the past - oral history. Oftentimes the outcomes of historical events are written with the intention of scripting a narrative, which is why it's important to us to preserve the perspectives of history.

Education
We want to improve education for children in Cambodia. Although public education is offered, essential subjects such as English and Math are often offered as "tutor subjects", since teachers simply aren't being paid enough, meaning families must pay extra money for their child to learn. For the majority of families, this isn't a possibility.

Care for Cambodia is a Hong Kong based nonprofit organization committed to creating lasting change in the lives of Cambodian people. Founded in 2017, we believe in the transformative power of education to break the cycle of poverty and create a brighter future.
We work hard to support local schools, provide educational resources, and facilitate healthcare initiatives that serve the most vulnerable communities.
